By downloading, accessing or using DartsFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and DartsFlow.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least the minimum age required in your country to create an account.

DartsFlow is a score tracker intended for fair, honest play. Statistics and match history should reflect genuine games. We may take action where data is manipulated to game leaderboards, challenges or achievements.

• •Attempting to access data or systems you are not authorised to
• •Uploading malicious content or scripts
• •Spamming, harassing or impersonating other users
• •Using bots or automation to manipulate results
• •Infringing intellectual property rights

DartsFlow, its name, logo, design and software are the property of DartsFlow and its licensors. Content you create (profiles, match results) remains yours, subject to the licence you grant us to display and process it within the Service.

We strive to keep DartsFlow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

DartsFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You use the app at your own risk. Scores and statistics are for personal reference and may contain errors.

We may introduce paid subscriptions or premium plans in the future. Any such offering will be clearly described, including price, billing period and renewal terms, before you commit.

Certain features may become premium over time. We will communicate any changes that affect your access in advance. Existing data will not be lost when features move to a paid tier.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or behave in a way that harms the Service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of DartsFlow's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by consumer protection law.
