DartsFlow ("we", "us", "our") operates the DartsFlow mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
By creating an account or using DartsFlow, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect the following categories of data when you use DartsFlow:
When you register, we collect your name and email address, together with a hashed password. We use this to authenticate you, secure your account, and send essential service notifications.
You may create one or more player profiles containing a nickname, display name, first/last name, country, date of birth, bio, darts used, team name and division. This information enriches your experience and is visible according to your sharing preferences.
Profile pictures you upload are stored on our secure servers and used only to display your avatar within the app. You can remove or replace your picture at any time.
DartsFlow records your career statistics — total games, legs, darts thrown, points, turns, busts, highest checkout, 180s and bull finishes — to track your progress and display achievements. These are derived from your match results.
The results, scores and stats of your matches are stored so you can review past games and monitor improvement. History is linked to your player profile by a stable identifier.
We support several sign-in methods. Each is described below. We only receive the data the chosen provider shares with us.
You can sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address as permitted by your Google account settings. Google handles authentication; we never see your Google password.
Facebook login may be offered in the future. When available, we receive your public profile name and email as authorised by you. Facebook manages authentication on its side.
You can register and sign in with an email address and password. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Email is used for account verification and important service messages.
Our website uses cookies to operate and to improve the service. The mobile application does not use browser cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
We use analytics tools to understand how DartsFlow is used, so we can improve features and stability. Where possible, analytics data is aggregated and anonymised.
If the app crashes, an automatic report may be sent containing device model, operating system, app version and a stack trace — but no message content. This helps us diagnose and fix bugs.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by our platform partners. Access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where possible.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
You can request account deletion in two ways:
You can delete your DartsFlow account at any time. From within the app, open Account → Remove Account and confirm. Your player profile (including your picture and personal details), friends list, challenge progress, match history where you are the only registered player, and your DartsFlow login account are permanently removed immediately.
Match records shared with other registered players are not deleted, because doing so would erase other participants’ legitimate history. Instead, your name, profile identifier, picture and winner attribution are removed (anonymised) from those shared records, so other players keep their results without retaining your personal data.

DartsFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
